Terms of Service
These are the terms and rules you must follow to use Crossmsgr. If you break any of these, your account(s) will be permanently suspended, and you will not be allowed to create any new accounts.
Creation of an account/usage of the Crossmsgr service assumes inherent agreement to these terms.

- In compliance with COPPA, you must be 13 years or older to use this service.
- Do not post any content that is illegal in the state of Massachusetts, the United States, all member states of the European Union, and/or your country of residence.
- Do not post hateful/violent content directed towards any group of people on the basis of race/skin color, ethnicity or nationality, social class, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age, mental or physical disability, et cetera.
- On top of the previous rule, do not intentionally refer to another person with the incorrect pronouns or a former/dead name.
- Do not abuse, harass, dogpile, or threaten others for any reason.
- Do not try to interfere with the operation of the service in any way. This means intentionally exploiting "game-breaking" bugs, DDoS attacks, among other things.
- Do not link to or send content with the intention of compromising the service's or other people's security and privacy (e.g: malware).
- Do not share pornographic/intimate content with other people unless both parties are 18+ and consent. Additionally, do not set a Personal Status Message (PSM) or Avatar that contains pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content, for any reason. Do not send this content in any public space on our network either, such as the forums, etc.
- Any attempts to send pornographic content featuring minors, fictional or not, as well as knowingly sending any NSFW content to minors, will result in a suspension and a report to the appropriate authorities, and we will fully cooperate with law enforcement if they suspect one of our users of committing such acts.
- Do not disclose the personal information of another user for any reason, unless they give you proper consent. Examples of personal information are e-mail/physical addresses, general contact information, government IDs, et cetera.
- Do not send content that infringes on the copyright of any person or company. This includes pirated media.
- Do not send misleading content/misinformation with the intention of harming others.
- Do not post content with the intention of interfering in elections to public offices; which includes misinformation designed to mislead, intimidate, confuse, or suppress voters.
- Do not post spam. That is: flooding users/forums with repeated, unwanted messages, pestering them with unwanted notifications, et cetera.
- AI-generated content must be disclosed as such. Do not pass off AI-generated content as human-created. No content that is a part of Crossmsgr/the undergr0und or sent via the Crossmsgr/undergr0und networks may be scraped for training AI models.
- A ban from Crossmsgr also means a ban from our public spaces (forums, etc), and vice versa.
